FAQ (Frequent Asked Questions)

1-How long does shipping take?

It usually takes 2 weeks for items to be delivered. But some factors such as high demand volume, season of the year, delayed logistics, and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. A high quality product is worth the wait time!

 

2-What if my purchased item is damaged when delivered?

Do not worry! if your item is damaged  when delivered, we will arrange a full refund for you.  Please read and follow our "Return/Refund Policy" at the top or bottom menu of our web page at www.nostalgiccoffeechannels.com  and follow the instructions. Also use the following process before returning: Take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to customer service at nostalgiccoffeechannels@gmail.com  along with a description of the damaged item and your order number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

 

3-How do I return an item?

Before returning an item arranges have to be made. Please read and follow our "Return/Refund Policy" at the top or bottom menu of our web page at www.nostalgiccoffeechannels.com and follow the instructions.

 

4-Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped we would send you and email with your tracking order in it.

 

5-The item I want is sold out. Will you be restocking it?

We don't restock most products. We urge you to buy it when you see it so you won't miss out forever. Best thing to do is visit the site weekly.

 

6-How do I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our “Return/Refund Policy Page”, after your order has been delivered to you.

 

7-I forgot to enter my discount code.

Regrettably, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed, and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase. If questions regarding your code please email us at nostalgiccoffeechannels@gmail.com 

 

8-Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you have received a damaged item. If you decide that you do not want an item anymore once you have it delivered, and would like to return it, then the shipping fee would be deducted from your purchased item(s). And you would be responsible for your returning shipping fees. 

9- Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
